Introduction

Electro polishing (EP) ,also known as electrochemical polishing, anodic polishing, or electrolytic polishing is an electrochemical treatment performed on the metal surface to remove the impurities and microscopic imperfections. The process leaves a shiny, smooth, ultra-clean surface finish.

Electro polished tubing is applied for many applications, such as food, medical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, solar and hydrogen power system because of smooth surface and fewer defects.

Among them, the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries require large quantities of internally electro polished stainless steel tubing. High quality stainless steel with Ni content ≥12% is the first choice in both cases.

Output:EP lines: 6 lines in use and 4 more under construction.

Final Inspection

Cleaning and Packing

①Sanyou EP tubing is ultrasonically cleaned then purged and dried with ultra high purity hot nitrogen before packing in the cleanroom.

②Each tube was end capped, and bagged in double polyethylene bags to ensure the product’s cleanliness.      

③Finally place the tubes in wood boxes for maximum protection during shipment.
