Seamless Stainless Steel  Bright Annealing Tubing (BA Tubing)

Introduction

Bright annealing is a part of stainless steel annealing process which is performed under reducing atmosphere or vacuum protection. The heating process gives the surface  resistance to oxidation and a certain brightness.

Sanyou BA tubes are widely used in oil & gas, semiconductor, solar chemical industry, medicine, instrumentation and other industries that require high-precision dimensions and accurate dimensions.

Manufacturing Specification

Manufacturing Standard: ASTM A213,A269

Forming Process: cold rolling & cold drawing

Material: Austenitic 300 series, mainly TP 316/316L

Dimension Tolerance

Sanyou OD tolerance:       ±0.08mm

ASTM A269 OD tolerance:±0.13mm

Nominal Length: 6 meters / each, or customized.

Final Inspection

B Roughness:

Outer: Ra≤0.4~0.8 μm

Inner: Ra≤0.4~0.8 μm

We commonly provid around 0.8μm. Also can be customized.

Packing 

All tubes are protected with caps at both ends + PE bag + wooden case.
