Stainless Steel Annealing and Pickling Tubing (AP Tubing)
Introduction
Annealed and Pickled (AP) tubings with its matt surface, are commonly used throughout industry projects where appearance finishing is not critical.
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel is mainly due to the reaction of chromium with oxygen to form a dense protective layer on its surface. During pickling, oil stains and other contaminants on the surface of tubings will be removed to improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel tubings.

There are full process cards for tracking to ensure each tube traceable, according to ISO 9001 Quality system.
Strict inspection to control raw material,production process and final products.
Cleaning and Packing
All tubes are protected with caps at both ends + PE bag + wooden case or wooden bundle(with OD≥2").
